			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I’m not going to talk about how the obesity rate is where it is and increasing in epidemic proportions. </p>
<p>Not even going to mention the fact that less and less people are exercising or about the multibillion $ per year in health care costs that it produces.</p>
<p>Nope.  Not going there.</p>
<p>Why?</p>
<p>Because this is all about bringing you &amp; maintaining <strong>prosperity</strong> – not only for you the family dad, but for those you love and follow your example – from your family to your friends and those you touch.</p>
<p>The question is:  how can you prosper with your health and in turn prosper the health and wellbeing of those close to you?</p>
<p>Remember this&#8230;</p>
<p>There is nothing worse than doing nothing.</p>
<p>As you know (and this pretty much is a universal starting point for succeeding at anything), prosperity with your health begins with doing something – anything. </p>
<p>As a matter of fact, doing anything that is an action verb and ends with “ing” works. </p>
<p>Use your imagination, but mine include walking, lifting weights, running, dancing to all kinds of music, boxing, and so on.</p>
<p>Yes, walking with the family, going white water rafting, playing tennis (even if it means with your Wii system), or going snowboarding are all beneficial.</p>
<p>So, after reading this, just get up and get going.</p>
<p>What you want to do is perform actions that can become good habits.These habits will help you and others stay away from the sofa. </p>
<p>They will yield the results you really want &amp; need –to continually prosper and, yes, increase good health at epidemic proportions.</p>
